A. Your personal data is used to finalize and manage your booking. Data concerning payment are utilized as collateral for the reservation or for the collection of deposit. (See the Cancellation Policy)
B. Direct Marketing activities: we may use your email address to deliver information and offers. At any time, you may unsubscribe to stop receiving marketing communication by simply following the unsubscribe instructions contained in our newsletters.
C: Marketing activities via third parties: we require your consent to allow our partners to contact you for reviewing our services.

Legal Basis for the Processing of your Personal Data
As to Purpose A, Rifugio Lagazuoi utilizes as the legal basis for processing your personal data the need to implement the contract, specifically to finalize and manage your booking. Failure to provide your personal data, Rifugio Lagazuoi cannot provide the service required.
As to Purpose B, in the case your email address provided on booking is utilized, Rifugio Lagazuoi pursues the legitimate commercial interest to provide their services. When personal data are used for legitimate interest, Rifugio Lagazuoi will balance your rights and the protection of your personal rights against the rights and legitimate interest of Rifugio Lagazuoi.
As to Purpose C, Rifugio Lagazuoi will ask for your consent before processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes through third parties.

Credit card details, instead, will be stored until payment for the service is submitted and destroyed immediately after.
